Payment methods, service delivery, payment security, and refund policy
1. Payment Methods
GoExpertia offers several payment methods depending on your region and client type.
Instant transfer by phone number or QR code. Available for Russian bank clients. Minimal fees. Available on goexpertia.ru.
Payment through a secure gateway with 3D Secure support. Card data is not stored on the platform servers.
Pay by card, WeChat Pay, or Alipay for international clients. Available on goexpertia.com.
For legal entities and large orders. Payment by invoice or contract. Contact our manager via Telegram or email.
2. Payment Process
Payment for services on GoExpertia follows this process:
The client selects a specialist (translator, agent, courier) and creates a booking with date, time, and duration.
The cost is calculated automatically based on the specialist's rate and duration. The client sees the total before confirming.
The client pays using their preferred method. Funds are held until both parties confirm service completion.
After the service, both the provider and client confirm the amount of work (hours or days).
Once confirmed by both parties, funds are transferred to the provider minus the platform commission. If the client doesn't confirm or file a complaint within 5 business days, the service is considered accepted automatically (Section 3.5 of the Terms).
3. Service Delivery
GoExpertia is a platform for professional services (translation, assistance, sourcing, inspection). Services are provided remotely or on-site.
The location and time of service are agreed between the client and provider when creating a booking.
The provider commits to delivering the service on time and with proper quality.
Communication between parties is facilitated through the platform's built-in chat and video calls.
Upon completion, both parties confirm delivery. PDF documents are available: service act, invoice, contract.
If the service quality is unsatisfactory, the client can open a dispute on the booking page.
4. Payment Security
The platform ensures financial security at every stage.
All payments are processed through certified PCI DSS-compliant providers. Bank card data is never stored on GoExpertia servers.
Connection is protected by an SSL certificate. All data is transmitted over an encrypted channel (HTTPS).
3D Secure two-factor authentication is supported for card payments.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law 152-FZ. Russian users' data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available in the following cases:
Booking cancellation before service delivery - full refund within 5 business days.
Service not delivered or delivered incompletely - the client opens a dispute, and a moderator decides on a full or partial refund.
Disagreement on work volume (provider says 3 days, client says 2) - a moderator reviews the dispute and determines the payable amount.
Refunds are made using the same payment method and take 5-10 business days depending on the bank.
To open a dispute, go to the booking page and click 'Open Dispute'. Attach evidence (chat screenshots, photos). A moderator will review within 3 business days.
6. Platform Commission
GoExpertia charges a commission to providers for each completed booking. The platform is free for clients.
Base commission is 8% of the booking value. VAT exempt (simplified tax system).
First 7 days after registration are commission-free for new providers.
Commission is charged automatically after booking completion. The invoice is available in the Commissions section of your dashboard.
7. Electronic Receipts
In accordance with Federal Law 54-FZ on cash registers, an electronic receipt is sent to the client's email or phone number for each payment. The receipt contains information about the service, payment amount, and seller details.
